The Treasurer (or nominated committee member) will receive payroll electronic reports via email after each payrun. It will contain details of individual payments to ministers and employees, as well as account totals for your accounting needs.

We are also able to assist with ad-hoc special reporting.  We are happy to discuss your requirements. In addition, we can report financial information that you may need to send to government agencies, financial institutions and Work Health and Safety (WHS) authorities. 

All ministers and employee have access to their own information through the internet, where they can access Leave Balances, Leave History, Payslips and Payment Summaries. They are also able to view and update basic information, such as address or contact information.
