Leases

  • Lease Application - (Lessee) This application form is to also be used for Licence Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements and must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust.
  • Lease Application - (Lessor) This application form is to also be used for Licence Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements and must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust.
  • User Agreement Form - To enable access and/or leasing out of non-exclusive one-off or regular use of church property.

Sales

  • Sales Application Form - If you are considering selling a property, church bodies are required to contact the Property Services Unit by completing this form.
  • Sales Proceeds Policy - Addresses Mission, Common Wealth, Stewardship and Best Use of property and how and whether sales proceeds are to be used for replacement.
  • Drawdown of Sales Proceeds Application Form - Download and fill out this form when drawing down on sales proceeds. Needs two approved signatures.

Purchase

  • Purchase Application - If you are considering purchasing a property, church bodies are required to contact the Property Services Unit by completing this form.

Build

  • Project Proposal Form - Enabling access to our free-of-charge professional services.
  • Build Application Form This form must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust.

Funding

  • Funding Application Form - This form must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust. 

Property Trust

  • Certificate of Correctness - A legal document which confirms the proposed property transaction is in order.  Needs to accompany every agreement submitted to be signed by members of the Property Trust.
