Maintenance

  • Annual Property Maintenance Checklist - This comprehensive checklist ensures your church property is maintained in a safe condition in order to meet the requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

Manse Premises

  • Manse Agreement (Statement of Mutual Expectations) - Mutual expectations regarding a Manse provided to a Minister should be established at the commencement of placement. This document has been prepared to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Church Council, the Minister and the Presbytery in relation to the provision of a Manse owned by the Uniting Church.
  • Manse Premises Condition Report - This Condition Report is required to be completed prior to confirmation of the Minister’s placement

Leases

  • Lease Application - (Lessee) This application form is to also be used for Licence Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements and must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust. This application must also be completed for Lease and Licence renewals.
  • Lease Application - (Lessor) This application form is to also be used for Licence Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements and must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust. This application must also be completed for Lease and Licence renewals.
  • User Agreement Form - To enable access and/or leasing out of non-exclusive one-off or regular use of church property.

Sales

  • Sales Application Form - If you are considering selling a property, church bodies are required to contact the Property Services Unit by completing this form.
  • Sales Proceeds Policy - Addresses Mission, Common Wealth, Stewardship and Best Use of property and how and whether sales proceeds are to be used for replacement.
  • Drawdown of Sales Proceeds Application Form - Download and fill out this form when drawing down on sales proceeds. Needs two approved signatures.

Purchase

  • Purchase Application - If you are considering purchasing a property, church bodies are required to contact the Property Services Unit by completing this form.

Build

  • Build Application Form This form must be completed and attached to a completed Certificate of Correctness and the relevant documentation that is to be executed by the Property Trust.

Funding

Property Trust

  • The Certificate of Correctness - Funding Grants is the legal document which confirms the proposed funding grant is in order and affirms that there is acceptance of the conditions of the Funding Grant. It must be completed and submitted to the Property Trust to enable execution of the Funding Application.
  • The Certificate of Correctness - Property Transactions is the legal document which confirms the proposed property transaction is in order.  Needs to accompany every agreement submitted to be signed by members of the Property Trust.
